2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@wshankara.one for assistance.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available only for incorrect or damaged items. Contact us with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will process your refund.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. Please refer to our sizing charts available on the product description pages to ensure the correct size before placing an order.

3. Mislabeled Items

  • Mislabeling Issues: If you receive an item that is mislabelled, please notify us within a week of receiving your order. Send us photos of the mislabelled item and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
